Personal

I grew up in central CT where I started out as a high school mathematics teacher in South Windsor. I moved to Cape Cod in 2009 to be closer to the Ocean. My wife Andrea and I live in beautiful East Harwich with our daughters Sophia and Althea and our dog Loki. We enjoy playing outdoors especially in and around the forests and waters of magical Cape Cod and the mountains of New England. I am an avid reader, love live music, and enjoy being an active member of the Cape Cod community. As a realtor, I have an innate ability to make people feel comfortable and cared for and a drive to continue learning and excelling at all that I do. I am energetic, pay attention to detail, and possess well honed people skills. My clients say that I make the home buying/selling process seamless, enjoyable, and always have their best interest in mind. Experience

I began my journey as a high school mathematics teacher in South Windsor CT from 1999-2009. I moved to Cape Cod in 2009 to pursue a career in Wellness: Specializing in Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Yoga, and Personal Training. From 2009-2020 I ran Eric Clark Wellness where I was able to work with hundreds of people to help them heal, be more health conscience, and show up as the best versions of themselves. In 2020, I shifted gears to become a licensed realtor where I have continued to cultivate my entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others find success in their lives. As a realtor I am honored to be able to help my clients increase their wealth and financial freedom through buying and selling real estate.

Community Involvement

Though I was not born on Cape Cod. My family has had a home here since 1984. We visited this enchanting little peninsula every chance we could and eventually in 2009 the pull was too strong and I moved here for good. I live and work in Harwich. My children attend Harwich elementary school. To me, one of the most attractive things about the Cape is the strong sense of community and how each town, each village has it's own unique flavor, but there is a common thread running through them all. We're connected through the salty air, the beautiful ocean, the history, the love of the arts and a collective heritage. I am dedicated to protecting and bettering our community, helping people wash-a-shore and make their homes here. Keeping the Cape beautiful and a place where people can come to thrive and enjoy life whether it be for the day, or for the rest of their lives.
