"Jodi is an amazing realtor. I'm going to first say that I'm very picky and am thankful that Jodi was able to put up with me. When we first met, she took my family and I on a tour of some open houses to get a feel for the different neighborhoods that she thought would be a good fit for me considering my budget constraints and needs. Originally, I did not want to move south of Olympic Blvd in LA but I went in with an open mind and explored some areas that Jodi recommended that were even south of the 10 freeway. Lo and behold, I eventually did purchase in Baldwin Hills/West Adams and never in a million years would I have thought I would move into that neighborhood below the 10. It was completely because of Jodi's extensive knowledge of all the neighborhoods in LA that I found my amazing home. Before I found my home, Jodi had taken me to a few more properties that I was interested in and I almost purchased one of them thinking that I could make some additions later on. Jodi suggested that I check the zoning and with LADBS to make sure the additions would be allowed before putting in my final offer. It turns out that the addition I was planning was not allowed, and, as a new single family home buyer, I had no idea that there were such regulations. Luckily, I had Jodi by my side who had the foresight and experience to prevent what could have been a nightmare situation if I had bought that house thinking I could add on to it later. Jodi has helped me put together offers for a few houses along the way and knew of all the different tactics, clauses, and strategies that can be used when sending an offer. Especially on the home that I ended up buying, Jodi proved to be a very effective negotiator. It was a multiple offer scenario as is common in LA but she managed to build a great rapport with the listing agent and the seller, and also made my offer more appealing than others. This is really something that only a top realtor can do and where a good realtor can provide the most value. She was persistent and aggressive when necessary and can get the deal done. I honestly believe that I may not have gotten my current dream home at the price I paid had I gone with another realtor. Jodi is one of the hardest working realtors I have ever worked with. She is dedicated, organized, and never sleeps (getting emails at 1AM, then emails at 8AM in the same day!). Most realtors are also done once you get the keys but not with Jodi. Even after the purchase, she has sent me referrals for workers to complete repairs on my new home and answered any other questions that I had. She's also very friendly and kind and I have already recommended her to a friend of mine for his home search. I definitely plan to reach back out if I ever need a realtor for future sales/purchases for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
