Personal
Russell is originally from Lake Mary, Florida and is one of our few native Floridians. He moved to Southwest Florida after receiving a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. His professional background includes commercial insurance sales and commercial appraisals throughout Florida. Having grown up in the Orlando area, he has a vast knowledge of not only Central and Southwest Florida, but multiple other regions across the state. Russell has lived in the Naples area for over 10 years. Russell grew up playing multiple team sports. He has carried over the effort, dedication, and persistence it takes to excel in extremely competitive and athletic environments to his real estate business. His philosophy is that most Realtors can facilitate a transaction and get to closing; however, a true client strategy, market understanding and navigation, and client goals are seldom discussed. This leaves opportunities for frustration and distrust. Russell says his favorite part of being a REALTOR is building a relationship and trust with each client. He states selling and purchasing a home are the largest financial decisions his clients undergo. The importance of the appropriate market knowledge, guidance, advice, and expertise cannot be understated. His focus is on the complete client experience. Russell's dedicated attitude and caring spirit and extensive network of connections in the region carries over into his real estate business. Russell's market expertise is Downtown Naples, Naples, North Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and South Fort Myers. His passion for real estate began early in life attending multiple Street of Dreams throughout Central Florida with his parents. He even assisted in design elements for his family's home on several occasions. Russell and his wife Stevie (yes, she was named after Stevie Nicks) assist several luxury builders in multi-media marketing throughout the country. He can utilize the latest tools and technologies available to assist in presenting each of his listings with a unique and customized experience to highlight particular features about the property. Russell and his wife Stevie love exploring each of the great communities, restaurants, and activities Southwest Florida has to offer.
